|Recommended: YesVaLP Resident Review — Overall great place to live. It has friendly staff that will work with you and solve problems in a timely manner and easy access to the airport and highways 5-10 mins away, depending on traffic . Parking is very limited, however.

|Recommended: YesNoteworthy Apartment Complex — My family and I moved from South Florida to Central Florida seeking a more family-oriented area, as well as to be near all of the major theme parks. This apartment community definitely met both of these. We love how peaceful and quiet it is, especially how the tenants in the area all have the same goal of being in a family-oriented space. As for the apartment space itself, it's very spacious, clean and pretty affordable. We love that we have access to a pool on-site, and that we don't have to worry about assigned parking spaces. The response time of the maintenance team is impressive as well as their naturally friendly and professional demeanor, and the customer service that the property management provides is great as well. Additionally, I love how submitting maintenance tickets and paying for the monthly rent online is a breeze, as well as the ability of simply emailing property management if there are any updates or concerns to be shared. Lastly, we're big fans of having all major convenience stores and restaurants super nearby literally less than 5 minutes with traffic . All in all, we're happy with our choice after thorough digging , and we recommend for other families seeking respite from a stressful city experience to consider this apartment complex to call home'.

|Recommended: YesGreat complex with so much more potential. — Buildings external structure concrete structure are dirty with algae. Hallways and stairwells are dirty. Dead grass. Increased algae in community lake. Mailbox area has spiderwebs and bugs everywhere. Parking space lines faded. Mulch needs to be replaced. Ciggarette buds in halways and entry ways to back of building stairwells. When I moved in 3 years ago the upkeep and landscaping was much better. To-date we've had constantly having property manager changes which prevents us from forming long term relationships with our property manager.
No community events are held either. It would be nice to have exclusive events for our community or nominate a resident to plan and execute community events.
Thank you, Ms. Vasquez for your review. During the Covid-19 pandemic a lot of companies are not operational and we have had to put our building pressure washing on hold. Building pressure washing is, however, in the making for the near future. The same goes for any community events. Due to Covid-19 any social activities have been put on hold until we are all clear on the pandemic. This is for the protection of our residents and our staff.
|Recommended: YesBest Community on this side of Town — I highly recommend residing at The Villages at Lake Pointe Very quiet and family oriented Community. Grounds are well kept and their Office and Maintenance Staff are the Best And for the size of the Units, they are reasonably priced. Close to everything the Airport, grocery stores, endless places to eat out and this side of town is very quiet and relatively safe I have resided at this Community going on 5 years, and this will be my home for a long time

|Recommended: YesIts a peacefully place . — It is a quiet place and it is located in a good area, I have close to several shops and I can be at peace, but when I ask for help with my apartment for a maintenance they take time to help me, I don't think that is just that.
Thank you for your review.
