Andre Dillenseger, Chief Operations Officer
As an entrepreneurial senior executive with 30+ years’ operations experience, Mr. Dillenseger has built new business divisions, launched start-up ventures and revitalized non-performing operations for small to mid-size, high-growth companies. By improving productivity, quality and efficiency through performance re-engineering, strategic planning and utilization of business process outsourcing, staff training and technology implementation, he is a dynamic leader and dedicated team player, well- respected by his peers, with a reputation for applying highly-effective, analytical and problem-solving skills. 

In addition to striving for operational excellence, Mr. Dillenseger has significant experience in all aspects in the “life cycle” of a real estate investment including acquisitions, due diligence, asset management and dispositions.
 
Currently, Mr. Dillenseger manages the operations for the entire portfolio to maximize efficiencies and optimize overall performance.  With the entire company reporting to his position, he is also responsible for the development and training of property management personnel. In addition to operations, and with his vast knowledge of landlord tenant law, he oversees all compliance matters in accordance with federal, state and local statutes.
 
Finally, Mr. Dillenseger spearheads all technology initiatives, software implementation, onboarding/deboarding of assets, software customization and provides general IT support to the company.
 
Mr. Dillenseger is a graduate from The George Washington University with a degree in business administration. 
Diana Llanes, Human Resources Manager
Diana Llanes is an advocate for employees. She’s been a voice for always having career development and having employees own their careers.

Diana has held many hats throughout her career growth. She has an extensive hospitality management background, with a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University. Her experience stems from working for an eco-lodge in the jungle of Nicaragua, a luxury business hotel in Downtown Miami, and private healthcare.

From the inception of her educational career at FIU, she learned that a company’s most significant asset is its employees. In the fast-paced private healthcare industry, is where she honed in on all her skills and seamlessly revamped and delivered a more unified onboarding and training experience.

Diana is committed to supporting Cynergy’s employees’ career development and upholding Cynergy’s mission and values. She keeps an open-door policy and is always helpful in assisting the team with all HR functions.
Juan Castillo, Vice President of Operations
With a diverse background in real estate and finance, Mr. Castillo has fueled his 20+ year career with an entrepreneurial spirit that has afforded him an extensive knowledge base in real estate investment, real estate title examination, vendor management and property preservation. 
 
In his current position, Mr.  Castillo is responsible for oversight of all aspects related to general expenditures and capital improvements across the portfolio.  In this capacity, he works closely with the Property Managers and maintenance teams in managing to annual budgets when it comes to repairs, maintenance and other major capital initiatives.
 
Mr. Castillo is in charge of vendor management, including sourcing vendors, boarding new vendors and supervising compliance. He works closely with the accounting department by monitoring, reviewing and approving/rejecting purchase orders and invoices accordingly.   
José Jáuregui, Chief Financial Officer
José Jáuregui, Controller for Cynergy Property Management, has been in the real estate industry since 2000. He was previously in the hospitality industry handling accounting and finance from 1985 until 2000. Before joining the team, he worked with condos/homeowners associations for 8 years.

Jose graduated with a bachelor’s from Florida International University and obtained his Masters in Accounting from Norwich University.

His main goal is to enhance Cynergy Property Management with steady growth and achieve higher levels of excellence.

He strongly believes in a work/life balance. You can find him entertained by a game of chess when he isn’t busy crunching numbers.
Yelannis Sanchez, Corporate Accountant
Mrs. Sanchez is the Corporate Accountant reporting directly to the CFO. Mrs. Sanchez is responsible for the entire accounting cycle including researching, analyzing, identifying, and explaining variances on financial statements.

Using her 20+ years’ extensive bookkeeping knowledge from the hotel and tourism industry, she diligently reviews all aspects of various accounting protocols and procedures by applying strict adherence to internal controls that mitigate errors and omissions.

Not only a valuable team player, Mrs. Sanchez is proactive with the property management staff as it relates to training with respect to accounting procedures.  With a firm belief of investing in employees, she takes the time and effort in coaching and mentoring property managers on best practices and how to leverage the software platform.

Mrs. Sanchez holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. 
Kayla Rawlins, Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Kayla’s responsibilities include day-to-day operational oversight of the portfolio including annual budget preparation, tenant retention, vendor and capital project management, market plan preparation, and implementation of owner strategic initiatives.

With over ten years in the industry, Kayla’s career developed initially as a vendor for a property which transitioned to a maintenance position.

From that position, and with a strong commitment to both personal and professional success, Kayla moved up the management ranks to her current position at Cynergy.

In addition, she has attended multiple training courses and earned several certifications through National Apartment Association including her Community Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor License’s (CAPS). Kayla also holds EPA and CPO certifications as well.
Juan M. Fernandez, Marketing Manager
Juan Manuel Fernandez is Cynergy Property Management’s Marketing Manager, bringing more than a decade of brand-building experience that spans retail, luxury interior design, and the music industry. Before joining Cynergy, Juan launched new product lines and go-to-market strategies throughout North and South America—most notably the U.S. debut of the Automobili Lamborghini Bodacious Kitchen, where he secured the first sales and forged partnerships with premier luxury-real-estate developers and Lamborghini brand affiliates.

Juan’s career started on tour as a stage guitarist, then as a consultant and producer for independent bands—work that honed the audience insight and storytelling instincts he now applies to data-driven campaigns. At Cynergy, he directs all outward-facing communications, digital marketing, and investor messaging, supporting the firm’s technology-forward mission to deliver transparent reporting and optimized asset performance for multifamily portfolios.

A committed technologist, Juan champions the adoption of marketing-automation and analytics platforms that streamline workflows and enhance the resident and investor experience, reinforcing Cynergy’s reputation for proactive, performance-driven management across Florida, Georgia, and the broader Southeast.

Juan holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration & Marketing from Universidad Metropolitana (Caracas) and a B.M. in Music Production & Engineering, Cum Laude, from Berklee College of Music (Boston).
