Our History
Formed in 2016, Cynergy is affiliated with
Bayshore Investment Partners, LLC (“Bayshore”), a Miami-based
multifamily investor, sponsor and operator. The formation and
oversight of Cynergy involved the three principals of Bayshore with
the support of its family office investors who have partnered on
all of Bayshore’s acquisitions since 2013. Cynergy’s mission is to
provide streamlined operational and financial reporting while
seeking to optimize property and portfolio-wide performance for our
owners and residents.
As a licensed property management company in Florida and Georgia, the Company is responsible for managing ten communities which include over 1400 units. Cynergy is also proud of its accreditation and recognition at an institutional level, for its property management services, by Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, CIBC, Goldman Sachs and Natixis.
